Zero-mile ingredients, old cooking pots and traditional recipes

Albergo Moleta offers a scrupulous and genuine cuisine. From the house aperitif, the “Moletino”, whose secret recipe is jealously guarded, to the polenta, cooked in a “paiolo” (an Italian cooking pot that looks like a cauldron) in keeping with tradition.

Under the watchful supervision of Aldina, daughters Sabina and Orietta prepare homemade dishes with always fresh and carefully selected local products. Choose from the renowned homemade tagliatelle with mushrooms, the canederli alla trentina, the “carne salada” seasoned with them, or the highly tempting appetiser with salami and cheeses, matured directly in the Moleta cellar.

The first flavours of the day

Breakfast offers sweet or savoury preparations that leave the oven every day according to the cook’s inspiration. On the table set with antique textiles, including strudel and pies, you can find apple juice and homemade jams with blueberries and raspberries produced by Azienda Agricola Riccardo.
